Len Haggerty, CSCS, YFS-Level 1
Len, a Northampton native, graduated from Keene State College with a B.S. in Health/Fitness and earned a M.A. in Exercise Physiology and Performance from East Tennessee State University, where he also served as a strength and conditioning coach. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and a Youth Fitness Specialist- Level 1 with the International Youth Conditioning Association, he has worked with young aspiring athletes to college, Olympic and professional athletes. Len also serves as a Clinical Educator for Westfield State College and is the founder of the Pioneer Valley Youth Sports & Fitness Institute.

Jeremy Dillon, BA
Jeremy graduated from Westfield State College with a BA in Movement Science Sports and Leisure Studies with a concentration in Health/Fitness. He believes physical activity is not something that is only for the youth population or those whom are already fit. His philosophy is with proper guidance and motivation, anyone can experience the benefits of regular physical activity. Jeremy uses his high energy and functional training techniques to ensure his clients work to their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.
Amber Wing, BS, YFS
Amber graduated from Springfield College with a BS in Exercise Science and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Amber is also a level-1 certified youth fitness specialist with the International Youth Conditioning Association.
She believes that fitness plays an essential role in overall wellness, and should play a part in everyone's life, regaurdless of age or current condition. With proper training techniques and a strong desire, everyone can acheive their personal health and wellness goals, and have fun doing it!
Jenny Ingarra, BS, CPT
Originally from New York, Jenny moved to Northampton in 2008 to build a career in health and fitness. Having received her B.S. in Biology from Sacred Heart University in 2004, she has been working as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer from the World Instructor Training School since April 2006. Currently, she is working to become a Health Fitness Specialist through ACSM to work with individuals with health risks. She has worked in gyms, trained clients’ at their homes, held group classes, and trained sport teams. Because of a previous injury that led to surgery and rehab, Jenny has extensive knowledge of knee injury "dos and don'ts" which can help you with your recovery.
Jenny feels it is rewarding when she motivates people to get healthier or is able to get them to feel good about themselves while getting results. She believes instilling a little confidence in a person, even for one day, makes being a trainer worthwhile.
