Clinics are sport-specific in nature which allow for participants to gear up for their upcoming season. Workouts are designed based on the specific movements, energy systems and potential injuries that transpire on the field or court of play. The workouts are generally high intensity focusing on efficient kinetic chain movements that allow the participant to perform at a higher level. Clinics occur seasonally based on an appropriate pre-season schedule. Clinics are anywhere from 10 to 15 sessions in length, occurring twice a week and last for an hour. These functional performance sessions will have you ready to go come game time. GAME ON!
