Plyometric training is good for everyone because we perform many of these types of movements in our everyday life and activities. Learning proper technique is important when thinking about injury prevention, as well as alieviating current aches and pains due to improper technique. Having proper form will also help to improve the effectiveness with which you perform your daily activities. For those with joint pain, a properly monitored and progressive plyometrics training program improves circulation and improves total body strength. Due to the fact that this type of training involves the neuromuscular system,a person involved in sport can dramatically increase performance levels in skills involving power and force application.
