Middle and High School C.A.D. Combo
Using a combined coaching methodology, this class allows those athletes with busy schedules to have an additional opportunity to experience technique drills, agility games, and strength circuits.

Assessment and C.A.D. Introductory
Athletes who become sound with functional movement create a balance or symmetry between left and right side of the body and eliminate weak links in the kinetic chain. The functional assessment identifies any weakness in the kinetic chain as it pertains to movements such as, squatting, lunging, running, jumping, pushing, and pulling.

Methodology
Junior High/Middle School-ages 10-13
Let’s put the “FUN” in functional! Participants explore technical concept development such as jumping, landing, deceleration, acceleration, speed, agility and strength through games and sport specific movement scenarios.
High School
Training with direction!  Athletes work on basic movements skills associated with sports participation.  Games and sport specific movement scenarios are incorporated while focusing on individual development goals within a group setting.  There is an increased focus on technical concept application and strength work.
